Fixed professional fee, agreed at engagement — we do not earn more because the property costs more.

- Total professional fee including GST, set at engagement using your agreed purchase budget.
- Retainer: $2,200 at signing, credited against the total fee. Balance payable at settlement.
- 90-day exclusive engagement.
- Purchase costs, legal work and inspections are additional.
Your fixed fee is agreed at engagement using your purchase budget. It is not calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price.
